1. Purpose

This Code of Ethics sets out the core principles and values that guide the behaviour of everyone associated with Outsourcing Professional Directors (OPD) Limited. It reflects our commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical excellence in all our operations, partnerships, and services.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all OPD directors, employees, contractors, consultants, and representatives across all business areas, including outsourcing payroll, bookkeeping, personnel services, charity and church management, and training.

We protect sensitive information and uphold data privacy through our Data Protection Policy and all applicable laws.

🔹 Compliance

We adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML), modern slavery, and employment law.

4. Commitment to Stakeholders

OPD’s relationships with clients, suppliers, partners, and regulators are built on trust. We aim to serve ethically and contribute positively to the wider business and social environment.

5. Reporting Ethical Concerns

Any concerns about ethical breaches should be reported to senior management or via our whistleblowing procedure. All reports will be treated confidentially and without fear of retaliation.
